RETURNS; EXCHANGES

YLYTH Shop uses predominantly a dropshipping business model. We invest in producing your order upfront, and returns can significantly impact our ability to cover production costs and sustain the project. Therefore, we kindly request that you consider the broader implications of your return decision.

Before initiating a return based on personal preference or buyer's remorse, please consider the following:

Your purchase extends beyond simply acquiring a product; it fuels our mission to deliver groundbreaking content and shape the future of print media.

Instead, your return may lead to a negative impact on the YLYTH Team and the project.

We encourage you to reflect on the potential negative impact your return may have and exercise mindful purchasing habits. If the reason for the return lies within our control, we are here to assist you.

Of course, we understand that sometimes returns or replacements may be necessary. However, any claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return Shipping Costs

YLYTH will cover the return shipping costs for returns due to defective or incorrect items. For returns due to buyer's remorse or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you (if and as applicable).

Replacements are limited to the following specific scenarios:

  • If an item arrives defective or has been damaged during transit

  • If the delivered apparel item does not match the ordered size

  • If the delivered product differs from the one ordered

Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or not as described. In such cases, a replacement will be provided.

Pre-Order Items

For items marked as "Pre-Order," a return or exchange can be requested within 30 days of receiving the product. Please note that pre-order items may have limited availability and may not be immediately available for exchange.

YLYTH does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are personalized;

2. sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore, YLYTH reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

DAMAGED GOODS; INCORRECT SIZE; INCORRECT ITEM

If you receive defective or damaged merchandise due to shipping, incorrect size, or incorrect item deliveries, please report the issue within 30 days of receiving the product.

To report an issue, please email our Support Team and provide the following information:

  • Your original order number

  • The specific nature of your request (e.g., replacement for a specific size)

  • Clear images of the issue or damage

  • A shipping address for your replacement item(s)

  • The email address you used to place the order

We will use this information to investigate your request and prevent future errors.

If your order qualifies for a replacement or refund and is submitted within the required timeframe, we will determine the most appropriate solution on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds will only be processed for the unit price of the item being refunded.

We will review claims within 72 business hours.

If your order qualifies for a replacement, you will receive a new order confirmation email. Replacement orders generally take 5-10 business days for processing.

If your order qualifies for a refund, your refund will be processed immediately. Your refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your method of payment.

Please note that we will not be liable for a replacement or refund if you do not provide us with all the required information listed above and within the required timeframe.

Fulfillment and Shipping

Once you place your order, it embarks on a journey to reach your doorstep. The fulfillment process typically takes 2 to 7 business days, after which your order is shipped out. However, this timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of your order, the availability of materials, and your shipping destination.

LOST PACKAGES

If your US order has exceeded 12 business days in transit, it's likely considered lost. In such instances, please email our Support Team promptly to initiate an investigation. For lost packages, claims must be submitted within 12 days of the estimated delivery date. To process a replacement, we require the order number, a concise explanation of the issue, and the verified correct shipping address. Claims determined to be our error will be covered at our expense. Please note that claims received beyond 12 days of the estimated delivery date will not be accepted.

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that remain unclaimed are returned to our facility and treated as standard returns. Reshipment of unclaimed orders is not offered. By placing an order, you agree that any returned orders due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to claim the shipment will not be eligible for reshipment and will be donated to charity at your cost without a refund.

 

LOST INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are shipped via our trusted partners and typically arrive within 1-3 weeks. However, deliveries may take up to 21 business days to reach their final destination. Due to the nature of international shipping, tracking updates may not be continuous, and you may observe periods when the shipment appears to be stalled. Several factors can contribute to extended delivery times:

  • Multiple Carriers: Packages may be handled by multiple carriers, including handoffs to local post offices.

  • Customs Processing: Local customs department processing times can vary depending on the country and declared value of the shipment.

  • Carrier Work Stoppages: Strikes or other labor disruptions can impact delivery schedules.

  • Weather Conditions: Inclement weather along the delivery route can cause delays.

Due to these variables, we cannot provide a guaranteed delivery date for international deliveries.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
